As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organised Recruiter / Office Manager to join our friendly team in Summer Hill.

The Role

This is a part-time, in-office role ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment and administration. You'll play a key role in building our team and keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, mission-led environment and is looking for flexible, rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of support workers and internal staff
  • Create and post job ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and complete reference checks
  • Maintain candidate records and support onboarding processes
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of high-quality care staff
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee the smooth running of the Summer Hill office
  • Support compliance, document management, and scheduling
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and induction activities
  • Assist with basic rostering and staff coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment, HR, or office administration
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Comfortable juggling recruitment and admin responsibilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with NDIS or aged care sectors is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
