Box Hill, Australia Medical Specialist Clinic Full time

We are a neurology clinic in Box Hill. We are looking for a practice manager to assist in the development of our clinic. We have main rooms in Box Hill and satellite clinics in Lilydale, Eltham and Glen Waverley.

Role Description
- This is a part-time on-site role for Practice manager (2-3 days a week)
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic
- Manage and support staff (7-8 staff at present, FT and PT), including recruitment, rostering and performance reviews
- Manage office supplies and stocktaking
- Ensure AHPRA compliance and uphold healthcare and privacy regulations
- Track financial performance, manage clinic budgets and monitor team KPIs
- Maintain a positive, efficient and collaborative team culture
- Deliver excellence patient care and communication to our referrers

Essential skills and experience
- Previous experience in managing a medical clinic or health care operations is a must
- Proficiency in medical management software and Microsoft Office (knowledge in Gentu preferred)
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the medical field
- Strong organisational, communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Qualifications in Health administration or related fields (Bachelor’s degree is a bonus)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
