What you'll be doing

• Undertake general clerical duties and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate all clerical duties within the ward/department area as directed by the Manager.
• Ensure confidentiality and security concerning patients/clients information.

• Demonstrated knowledge and use with computers e.g. Microsoft Suite of Software.
• Demonstrated general Clerical skills e.g. data entry, filing, record keeping.
• Proven effective time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn on the job, especially computer systems utilised within the Health Service.
