Group Events and Activations Co-ordinator

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Events and Activations Coordinator to create memorable experiences and strengthen our brand presence. This includes large-scale signature activations such as Moseley Beach Club, seasonal campaigns like summer activations and Christmas events, school holiday programs and specialty offerings such as winery nights and themed entertainment events.

This role covers the full event lifecycle, from concept creation, planning, promotion, execution, and post-event evaluation - ensuring each activation is impactful, safe, and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, coordination and execution of diverse events and activations.
  • Manage logistics, suppliers, budgets and timelines to deliver seamless delivery.
  • Attend sites to manage set-up, pack-down and ensure delivery of polished guest experiences.
  • Ensure each stage of the event is run safely and is compliant with WHS requirements. Identify risks, report hazards and incidents and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Work with colleagues in the marketing team on promotion across platforms, event coverage and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with Venue Managers to tailor offerings to their key customer base.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Great knowledge and experience within the hospitality and events space.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver large-scale events and activations.
  • Creative flair and attention to detail in guest experience design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • A strong attention to detail and work ethic.
  • Current SA driver's license and access to a car.
