About You

  • Located in or near Dandenong South.
  • Prior experience within the (Manufacturing/Engineering) Industry is highly desirable
  • Experience with SAP would be an advantage
  • Ability to work from the Dandenong Site full time (Mon-Fri 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm)

About The Role
As a Customer Service Operator, you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via E-Mail and face to face as well as assisting in the warehouse when required.

Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include

  • Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone
  • Administration duties including data entry and email management
  • Picking & Packing customer orders
  • Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
  • Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
  • General warehouse duties & housekeeping when required
