About the role

Enterprise Carers PtyLtd' is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Abbotsford, VIC on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our NDIS services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients. As an Operations Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving the success of our organisation within the healthcare and medical management industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the operational activities of the NDIS service team, including scheduling, resourcing, and performance monitoring
  2. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and processes to streamline workflows and enhance service quality
  3. Liaise with clients, carers, and other stakeholders to address concerns, manage expectations, and continuously improve the customer experience
  4. Analyse and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  5. Collaborate with the broader management team to support the organisation's strategic objectives and growth initiatives
  6. Provide mentorship, training, and support to the NDIS service team to foster their professional development
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant NDIS regulations, guidelines, and reporting requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare or social services industry
  2. Thorough understanding of the NDIS framework and regulatory requirements
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, carers, and team members
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decision-making
  5. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  6. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  7. Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as healthcare management or business administration
