About the Role:
Step into a dynamic and challenging environment where you'll collaborate with a talented team to support one of our valued clients. In this multifaceted role, you'll provide both onsite and remote desktop support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include investigating, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues on end-user devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering top-tier technical support and customer service, addressing incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues on desktops, laptops, and tablets running Windows OS (Win 7, 8.1, and/or 10).
  • Working with and troubleshooting common enterprise applications such as MS Office, Office 365, Lync, and Skype for Business.
  • Managing and troubleshooting printers and print servers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in providing enterprise-level technical support and exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS and enterprise applications.
  • Strong skills in managing and troubleshooting printers and print servers.
  • Relevant technical qualifications (ITIL v3, MCITP/MCTS) are highly regarded.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while handling multiple demands.
