As Sales Manager - Dewatering , you'll lead our dewatering pump sales strategy across the region, driving growth for iconic brands like Multiflo and Warman. You'll manage a team of Product and Application Specialists, shape market strategies, and contribute to our broader East business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive team performance and exceed sales KPIs through strong leadership and strategic vision.
  • Develop new products and services, build compelling value propositions, and contribute to product design through our NPI process.
  • Identify market opportunities, respond to industry shifts, and execute growth strategies aligned with our business goals.
  • Champion the use of Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Trade Certification in Mechanical Field or equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite and SAP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving revenue and market growth
  • Hold a Current Driver License
