The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation: Door knocking, cold calling, and prospecting to build a pipeline of new clients
  • Sales Management: Maintain and manage your own sales database
  • Property Inspections & Auctions: Prepare for and assist with open homes, private viewings, and auctions
  • Vendor Reports & Feedback: Provide detailed reports and regular feedback to vendors
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and sellers

About You

You are a confident communicator and skilled closer who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in established real estate sales
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Consultant
  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate (REIV or equivalent)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • High level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • Motivation to succeed and a passion for property
  • Availability to work weekends and after-hours as required
