We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic and supportive Property Management team. This is the perfect role for someone looking to develop their career in real estate and grow with a highly experienced team.

About the Role

You'll be working alongside our Senior Property Managers, gaining hands-on experience across all facets of property management. From assisting with leasing and tenant liaison to coordinating maintenance and inspections, you'll be an integral part of ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the management of a residential property portfolio
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants with professionalism and care
  • Coordinate advertising, leasing, repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare reports (Entry, Exit & Routines)
  • Support arrears management and lease renewals
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management team
  • Participate in business development and team growth initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Ideally but not necessary (6 months+ of experience in a Customer Service or Assistant PM role).
  • Understanding or a quick learner of PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express and Office 365 (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or Cert IV in Real Estate Practice)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine passion for real estate
