About the Company

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, client-focused position where you'll manage a mixed portfolio of existing customers and high-potential new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, grow, and retain existing client relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Present tailored ICT solutions aligned to customer goals.
  • Drive sales growth across hardware, software, and managed services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management through CRM tools.

You'll need:

  • 4 + years' experience in B2B sales or account management within an MSP environment.
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • A growth mindset: driven, ambitious, and resilient.
