Your Role

As a Campaign Executive & Influencer Specialist at Fabulate, you'll be right in the thick of the action - connecting brands with the perfect creators and making campaigns that people actually want to watch. You'll bring your love for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (and whatever platform pops up next) along with your insider knowledge of the Aussie creator scene - from big-name talent to fresh UGC voices. You know how to spot an idea with legs, craft a killer brief, and guide campaigns from concept to "wow, that really worked." Creativity, organisation, and a knack for making magic happen? That's your superpower.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work closely with agencies, clients, and brands to get to the heart of their goals - then turn those into smart, creative campaign plans.

  • Run large-scale influencer campaigns across multiple platforms like a pro - from big-picture planning to flawless delivery.

  • Become a Fabulate tech whizz. Our proprietary platform is your secret weapon for making influencer marketing faster, easier, and way more effective.

  • Spot and connect with the right creators (from macro names to emerging UGC talent) who match your client's vibe and vision.

  • Negotiate, contract, and lock in influencers to bring campaigns to life.

  • Use our analytics tools to track what's working, optimise on the go, and make every campaign stronger.

  • Build and nurture great relationships with creators, influencers, and clients so everything runs like clockwork.

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep our campaigns fresh and ahead of the curve.
