About The Role
Due to ongoing growth and project demand, we're looking for a
Quality Coordinator
to join our team and help drive continuous improvement across our operations.

The Quality Coordinator requires to facilitate Contract Resources' compliance with ISO 9001 while implementing the existing Quality Management System (QMS). The post holder requires to continually improve the QMS in line with CR's mission, values and company objectives, while meeting internal and external client expectations.

*Duties will include but not limited to***

  • Administer ISNetworld Review and Verification Services (RAVs). This includes answering RAV questions and uploading supporting data.
  • Manage controlled documents within the QMS. This includes making changes to documents, version control, keeping the Quality Control Master File up to date, trigger biennial reviews of procedures and ensuring only current documents are available on the Cyber Officer Document Repository.
  • Develop new and change existing documents to facilitate system improvements.
  • Provide corrective action data to the HSEQT Manager for management review.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the QMS and disseminating it to all staff.
  • Send company wide communications about changes to QMS documents.
  • Schedule internal audits according to operational activity and issues.
  • Enter audits into Cyber Office and raise corrective actions.
  • Verify that corrective actions provide evidence when closed, by auditing outcomes quarterly.
  • Act as a liaison with external ISO auditors.
  • Manage supplier risk via the Approved Supplier process.
  • Assist in developing and updating procedures and internal training courses.
  • Provide quality related information to CR staff.
  • Undertake fortnightly QEI meetings.
  • Ensure company conformance to ISO 9001.
  • Ensure approved supplier data is up to date and monitored.

*Requirements & Experience Needed*
The post holder requires to have previous experience working within a Quality Auditing role with skills and experience with administration management systems.

  • Degree/Diploma/equivalent in Quality Management
  • Ideally mechanical trade background
  • Demonstrated computer knowledge and skills.
  • Risk management

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of working with Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience with administrating Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of system compliance with ISO 9001.

Behaviours

  • Effective management of workload to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
