About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Logistics and Coal Quality Coordinator to join our dynamic and successful team. As a valued member of the Technical Services team and reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Collect, review and manage train movement data.
• Prepare and communicate railings schedules to the operational personnel at the train load out facility.
• Utilise data from trains and coal processing data management systems to maintain an accurate database of coal movements and use database for communication and key decision making.
• Monitor coal sample collection and analysis to ensure accuracy of reported results.
• Regularly liaise with corporate logistics team to coordinate coal flow from site to customers/ coal terminals.
• Complete regular coal stockpile reconciliations in collaboration with survey team and manage stockpile locations for different coal types.
• Manage the creation of purchase orders and invoicing in SAP.

• Have a strong understanding of coal quality and coal mining practice.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an open-cut coal mine.
• Have advanced excel and database management skills.
• Relevant experience with SAP or similar systems.
