One of our clients, Anatoli Pizza and Pasta, a well-loved local Italian restaurant under Anatoli 2 Pty Ltd, is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. If you have a love for authentic Italian cuisine and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Italian dishes including pizzas, pastas, and entrees.

· Ensure all meals are prepared to a consistently high standard in line with restaurant recipes and presentation guidelines.

· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.

· Assist in menu planning, portion control, and stock management.

· Monitor kitchen operations to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

· Train and supervise kitchen assistants and support staff when required.

· Collaborate with management to ensure quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef.

· Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

· Relevant culinary qualification Cert 3, Cert 4 & Diploma.

· Must have full work Rights in Australia
