About the role:
The role of the Senior Business Analyst in the BI team primary function is to develop and conduct in-depth data analyses and provide business insights to drive better operational capability. It will involve working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business presenting insights and recommendations to support stakeholders making informed decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee corporate Retail KPIs such as store level aging inventory, sales/inventory efficiency, stock-outs
  • Initiate KPI improvement plans engaging with internal/external stakeholders such as retail marketing/sales team/field team/customers
  • Provide key analytical support & recommendations to internal/external stakeholders for continuous business operation improvement
  • Perform store level diagnostic analyses to address potential missed sales opportunities - Analyse store inventory inefficiency and articulate to internal/external stakeholders to have optimal store level inventory
  • Supporting role for SCM enhancement projects
About YOU:
  • 3 years in similar role
  • Strong skills on Excel and power point
  • Experience in data visualisation tool would be preferred (Tableau)
