As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of Send's marketing activity across multiple verticals and regions.

What you'll do

  • Own and lead Send's marketing strategy across multiple verticals, products, and regions.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel, data-driven marketing plans aligned to commercial and growth objectives.
  • Design and optimise multi-channel campaigns across paid media, PR, events, ABM, content, and automation.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, channel allocations, and performance reporting to ensure activity drives measurable ROI.
  • Build strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to align marketing with revenue and customer goals.
  • Shape Send's go-to-market strategy and influence broader commercial priorities across departments.
  • Build and oversee marketing processes and attribution frameworks that connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.
  • Lead campaign execution with a focus on performance tracking, optimisation, and scalability.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in high-growth businesses, ideally fintech, SaaS, or B2B.
  • Deep experience across multiple marketing disciplines — including paid media, performance marketing, PR and comms, event marketing, ABM, campaign operations and reporting, content marketing, email and automation, and SEO.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable uplift in revenue.
  • Experience managing large budgets and tracking expenditure back to commercial goals.
  • Experience working across multiple regions, verticals, and product portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying behaviour and how to reach, engage, and convert decision-makers.
  • Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • AI-mindset and demonstrable evidence of leverage AI tools and agents to deliver efficiency & impact.
