Invested Talent is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding trading platform that has is sizing up for significant growth.

This is an amazing opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to step into a 2IC role, working closely with senior leadership to drive brand and growth initiatives across all channels.

This is a hands on, autonomous role for someone who is digital first, but also experienced across brand, B2B/B2C marketing, content, design, events, and product.

You'll have a capable team working with you and the chance to make a real impact. My client has a brilliant, inclusive, growth orientated culture and are looking for passionate candidates who love the crypto/trading space either personally or professionally.

What you'll do:

  • Own the brand and tone of voice.
  • Lead key marketing initiatives across SEO, paid digital, app store optimisation, PR, affiliate marketing, content, landing pages, events, podcasts, OOH, and more.
  • Manage and brief internal teams and external agencies.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners, vendors, affiliates, publishers and influencers.
  • Oversee and contribute to copywriting for EDMs, blogs, landing pages, and more.
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, and podcasts.
  • Take on new responsibilities as the business scales.

What we're looking for:

  • 6–8+ years of marketing experience (digital-first with broad exposure to other areas of marketing).
  • Genuine crypto or trading experience (professionally or as an investor).
  • Strong understanding of branding and tone of voice.
  • Digital Marketing proficiency across multiple channels (CRM, Web etc)
  • Experience managing agencies (SEO, PR, media buying, affiliate) and negotiating with publishers.
  • Proven SEO or website project management experience. (Preferable)
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, able to find solutions independently.
