Are you an experienced Resort Gardener looking for a rewarding and stable opportunity? GemLife Highfields is seeking a skilled, hands-on Landscaper to join our Resort team. We're looking for someone proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment while keeping our resort grounds immaculate.

Duties May Include

  • All aspects of general garden maintenance: pruning, hedging, shaping, weeding, fertilising, planting, mulching, irrigation, and lawn care
  • Maintaining gardens and landscaped areas across the resort to a high standard and within set timeframes
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Supporting the upkeep of a premium, well-presented resort environment

About You

  • Experience in soft landscaping
  • Strong passion for landscaping and creating beautiful outdoor spaces
  • Australian driver's licence
  • Experience in maintaining public or commercial landscapes
  • Solid knowledge of garden and grounds maintenance
  • Minimum 2 years' experience preferred
  • Fit, reliable, and safety-conscious
