Night Auditor

The Role

We are currently looking for a Full Time Night Auditor to join our Front Office team on the overnight shift. 

This role presents a development opportunity, as you will act as Night Manager in their absence, however you will also works closely with the Night Manager to ensure exceptional service is provided to guests 24/7, responding to guest requests, conducting the check-in and out process and conducting the daily night audit process of data input and checking financial reports.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a hotel front office or night audit role
• A passion for delivering exceptional service to create a memorable stay for our guests
• Meticulous attention to detail when auditing data and financial reports
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
• Availability to work shifts rostered between 10.30pm and 7.00am
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekend and holiday periods
• Previous experience with Opera PMS would be advantageous
