Project Manager – North Lakes Area - Circa $250K + Super +

W Talent is representing a distinguished construction company with over 30 years of excellence in Southeast Queensland. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their landmark $100M two-stage multi-residential development in Redcliffe.

Your Next Career-Defining Opportunity

Imagine leading one of Brisbane's most significant residential developments – a project that will become a lasting landmark in Redcliffe's skyline. This isn't just another construction role; it's your chance to showcase your expertise on a development that truly matters.

The Project That Will Define Your Legacy

This impressive development features a two-stage, 12-story construction comprising two towers with a three-level basement. As Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind every aspect of this transformational project, leading a dedicated team of up to 12 site professionals. You'll report directly to the Construction Manager and serve as the cornerstone ensuring excellence from initial design through to the moment residents receive their keys.

Where Your Leadership Will Make the Difference

Building More Than Structures – Building Careers

Foster a collaborative environment where your team doesn't just work for you; they grow with you. You'll create a culture that inspires excellence and innovation, where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work.

Strategic Vision Meets Practical Execution

Your strategic mindset will drive comprehensive planning across design, pre-construction, and construction phases. You'll implement governance frameworks that don't just meet standards – they set new benchmarks for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Financial Mastery That Delivers Results

Take control of detailed project budgets with the precision that comes from years of experience. Your negotiation skills with vendors and subcontractors will directly impact project success, and your meticulous cost control will be recognized at the highest levels.

Problem-Solving That Builds Reputations

Your proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation will keep this complex project on track. You'll oversee quality assurance processes that don't just exceed client expectations – they create referrals and repeat business.

What You Bring to This Opportunity

Your Proven Track Record

Your minimum 10 years in construction, with at least 5 years leading teams, has prepared you for exactly this moment. Your experience managing large-scale multi-residential developments means you understand the complexities and rewards of projects like this.

Your Professional Foundation

Your Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, combined with your QBCC Open Site Supervisor license, gives you the credentials. But it's your practical wisdom and leadership capability that will make the real difference.

Your Leadership DNA

You communicate with confidence at every level, from tradies to executives. You develop teams that want to follow you, and you solve problems before they become crises. When pressure mounts, you're the steady hand that keeps quality high and morale higher.

Why This Could Be Your Best Career Move

This builder has earned their reputation through 30+ years of delivering excellence across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. With a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, they're not just offering you a job – they're offering you a platform for long-term career growth. You'll join an organization that values your expertise, supports your decisions, and recognizes that great leaders need the freedom to lead.

This is where collaboration drives innovation, where the best idea wins regardless of hierarchy, and where your contribution to creating exceptional living spaces will be both seen and celebrated.
