The Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Administrator to join our team in Chevallum. This is a casual with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:06 PM. You will be part of a small, dedicated team supporting a large and busy region. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing a high customer service workload. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across a range of tasks including enquiries, bookings, and data entry
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, including handling challenging customer situations
  • Support drivers by coordinating dispatch enquiries and organising pickups

Skills & Experience

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent people skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Proven customer service experience, especially in busy or high-pressure environments
  • Confidence and professionalism in dealing with difficult customers
  • Ability to work well with a small team and support colleagues effectively
