Two Men and Truck is one of Australia’s most trusted companies for local and interstate removals. Providing services up and down the East Coast of Australia, Two Men and a Truck prides itself on the consistently high level of service we provide to our clients.

To manage our growing client base along the coast, we are now looking for an Operations Manager for the Sunshine Coast.

Focussed on the planning, operational, administrative and staffing activities within the territory, the Operations Manager will implement structures, policies and procedures to support business services.

Tasks will include:

- Resource booked work by scheduling staff and ensuring sufficient and maintained equipment and vehicles
- Analyse and review container management strategies and make changes as required
- Develop territory specific guidelines for all operations and circulate
- Team management: recruit, select, induct and train new employees and contractors, provide training and manage performance issues
- Financial: prepare quarterly budgets and reports covering vehicle, equipment and operations costs

We are looking for a person with:

- either a degree qualification in a relevant field or commensurate experience (min 5 years)
- at least three years' experience in the removals and storage industry
- minimum two years' experience in operations management
- effective verbal & written communication skills
- organisational and problem solving skills
- leadership skills

We are offering a base salary of $80 000 + super for a 38-hour week along with excellent working conditions.
