Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Developer

Location: Sydney

Fulltime (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration:
    Implementing and configuring SAP SF EC based on business needs, including MDF objects, XML configurations, and data imports/exports.
  • Requirement Gathering:
    Working with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integration Management:
    Ensuring seamless integration between SAP SF EC and other SAP modules or third party applications.
  • Testing and Support:
    Participating in the full testing lifecycle (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
  • Documentation:
    Developing and maintaining functional documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and end user training materials.
  • Best Practices and Optimization:
    Staying updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommending enhancements and optimizations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors: Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors EC, including hands on experience
