Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure that all project goals are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans
  • Communicate project status updates to project managers, team members, and clients
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and meeting minutes
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Assist with project budget management, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project-related correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
