Project Coordinator

NES Fircroft have partnered with a leading industrial manufacturer in Regional NSW who are seeking a Project Coordinator to support production, logistics, and process optimisation across a busy operational site.
This role suits someone who is from a Chemical Engineering background, enjoys the variety of balancing technical problem-solving with day-to-day coordination to keep production safe, efficient, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound feedstock, tank levels, and outbound deliveries.
- Plan weekly and monthly schedules to align with production targets.
- Support process and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with CoR, waste tracking, and DG transport laws.
- Liaise with internal teams and carriers to manage logistics issues.
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation.
About You:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or process plant environment.
- Strong coordination, communication, and planning skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, compliance, and safety standards.
- Proficient with Excel and basic scheduling tools.
