About the Role

You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and HR team to:

  • Provide high-level administrative support across operations and compliance.
  • Triage emails and correspondence, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and actioned appropriately.
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and workforce compliance tracking.
  • Maintain accurate digital registers and records across Google Workspace and GexaLink (our internal platform).
  • Support audits, reporting, and document control processes.
  • Help develop and refine systems that enhance efficiency and compliance across the organisation.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where initiative and follow-through are key.

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Strong working knowledge (or equivalent) of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Forms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Experience in the NDIS, community services, or another regulated sector is highly regarded.
