At GexaCare, we're looking for an exceptional Administration Officer — someone who's not just organised, but proactive, reliable, and confident in taking ownership of their work.

About the Role
You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and HR team to:
- Provide high-level administrative support across operations and compliance.
- Triage emails and correspondence, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and actioned appropriately.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and workforce compliance tracking.
- Maintain accurate digital registers and records across Google Workspace and GexaLink (our internal platform).
- Support audits, reporting, and document control processes.
- Help develop and refine systems that enhance efficiency and compliance across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where initiative and follow-through are key.

What You'll Bring
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong working knowledge (or equivalent) of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Forms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Experience in the NDIS, community services, or another regulated sector is highly regarded.
