We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our small, friendly team in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this role plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales, operations and finance activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and email enquiries
  • Processing sales orders via EDI and manual entry
  • Preparing quotes, invoices, credits and processing goods returns
  • Maintaining stock and order systems, assisting with logistics and supply chain activities
  • Managing debtor accounts: reconciliation, collections, and receipting
  • Providing reporting support using spreadsheets and internal systems
  • General office and administration duties, including support for trade shows and expos

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with no visa restrictions (holiday visas not accepted)
  • Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly regarded (training provided)
  • Positive, adaptable and a strong team player with a willingness to learn
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required for this position
