Administrator & Children's Coach

This is a casual role (7–21 hours per week), combining both administration and coaching duties. You'll be the friendly face at the front desk, supporting members and families, while also bringing energy and creativity to our coaching sessions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting members and providing outstanding customer service
  • Managing bookings, emails, and enquiries via Gmail and our CRM system
  • Assisting with social media posts and marketing campaigns
  • Delivering fun, engaging coaching sessions across a range of programs
  • Running and assisting with birthday parties and special events
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the gym
  • Supporting children of all abilities, including those with diverse needs

What We're Looking For:

Hard Skills (must-have):

  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid Blue Card (paid employee, not volunteer)
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Previous admin experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Word, and Gmail
  • Social media management experience
  • Willingness to learn the MFG Development Journey

Soft Skills (preferred):

  • Marketing and promotions experience
  • Experience running birthday parties or group activities
  • Fast learner with the ability to pick up new programs (including gymnastics)
  • Flexible and reliable – able to work weekends, later nights, and extra hours if required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to adapt on the go
  • Happy to help with all aspects of the club, including cleaning
  • Experience working with kids with diverse needs
