About You

  • 8+ years' experience in maintenance plumbing — confident across repairs, installs, and problem-solving.
  • Strong communicator who can explain options clearly and build customer trust.
  • Professional, reliable, and accountable from start to finish.
  • Open to ongoing training and growth in both sales and plumbing innovation.
  • Eligible to work in Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out repairs, installs, and maintenance to Australian Standards.
  • Diagnose and deliver UV relining solutions — providing long-term results without excavation.
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades or add-ons that improve safety and performance.
  • Communicate with customers, present solutions, and close sales with confidence.
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in job management system for smooth workflow.
