**Job Description**:
As a Spa Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing spa equipment, ensuring our clients’ outdoor spas are operating efficiently. This position offers a dynamic work environment with varied tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interaction. The job is stable and resilient to economic fluctuations, making it an ideal long-term career choice.

Key Responsibilities:
Repair and replace spa equipment such as pumps, heaters, ozone units, control boxes, blowers, touchpads, and plumbing pipes.
Address and repair leaks, perform routine cleaning, and service of spas.
Educate customers on chemical use and upsell products including chemicals, covers, and spa equipment.
Utilize company-provided tools, work phone, and vehicle to complete tasks efficiently.
Drive sales through easy product sales and provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:
Reside in the inner west, city, eastern suburbs, south sydney.
Possess a clean driver’s license.
Be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
Have excellent skills in working with tools and previous experience or ability to fix and assemble equipment.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to drive sales.
Have great communication skills and proficient English.
Provide good references.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
