About the Role

We're looking for a Maintenance Hand to help maintain our food production equipment. You'll work with our Maintenance team to keep our machinery running efficiently and safely. This is hands-on work where you'll make a real difference to our production capability.

This position is based at Marrickville on day shift (6AM to 2PM / 8AM to 4PM).

What You'll Do
  • Assist with maintaining food production machinery and equipment
  • Help carry out regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Support the team in responding to breakdowns to minimize production downtime
  • Assist with installing new equipment when needed
  • Help keep maintenance records up to date
  • Work with the team to improve equipment reliability
What You'll Need
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
  • Willingness to learn about industrial equipment
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Food manufacturing experience would be a plus
