About the Role

This is a hands-on maintenance + installation role that develops into quoting + sales (no experience needed — we train you).

You'll work with homeowners in the Inner West — not builders, strata managers or real estate agencies.

Our schedule is light, our clients are respectful, and our team culture is supportive and professional.

You'll begin by handling day-to-day jobs, while gradually learning communication, pricing and quoting — eventually presenting options and earning commission.

What You'll Do
  • Residential maintenance & installation
  • Small jobs that can grow into larger works
  • Usually 2–3 jobs per day, not 8–10
  • Diagnosing issues and recommending solutions
  • Learning pricing, quoting and communication
  • Presenting options to homeowners once you're ready
  • Occasional later finishes if a job runs long
  • Optional weekend work (never mandatory)
