About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you'll work alongside the General Manager of People, to deliver tailored HR solutions across your client group. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders (Head of, Managers) to implement the HR business plan and drive people outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and advice on employee relations, performance management, and enterprise agreements.
  • Support workforce planning and headcount management aligned with strategic goals.
  • Champion consistent application of HR frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate on communication and engagement strategies to foster a transparent and inclusive culture.
  • Lead change management and transformation initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR teams to deliver high-quality, consistent HR services.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including ER/IR, change management, remuneration, and EEO.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex ER cases and investigations.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a focus on simplicity and employee experience.
  • Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of relevant legislation and employment frameworks.
