Due to an internal move we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with the leaders across the business to deliver practial people and performance solutions and drive initiatives to enhance culture, capabilities and performance in line with strategic direction and values.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, learning & development.
  • Advising and coaching leaders on people matters, ER/IR, and workforce planning.
  • Driving people initiatives aligned with business goals, including training, recognition, and retention programs.
  • Overseeing HR operations, policy compliance, and WHS responsibilities.

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • HR business partnering experience, ideally within manufacturing or distribution on a national scale
  • Strong knowledge of ER/IR legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience influencing and building relationships across all levels of business.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • HRIS / Project management experience (ELMO / Office 365 / SharePoint)
