We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our collaborative and innovative ANZ HR Team.  Your ideas will help shape strategic people initiatives across the business. This is your chance to make a genuine difference and grow with us.

This is a unique opportunity to join the Jonas Software Australia and New Zealand Portfolio of Companies based in Melbourne, under a hybrid working arrangement (working from one or more of our offices and from home).

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with managers and senior leaders to drive people initiatives that align with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and support employee engagement and development. You will be part of a portfolio of Software Companies, guiding small and large companies in all people matters.

You will partner closely with business leaders and managers to maximise the capability and performance of their teams in support of business and Jonas Software objectives.

• Deliver strategic HR solutions across workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
• Independently manage employee relations cases, performance management, and change initiatives across a portfolio of businesses.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business.
• Support the Head of HR in due diligence and integration activities.

About You

You'll thrive here if you bring:

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work compliance.
• Strong experience and ability to manage employment relations matters.
• Outstanding communication skills and a knack for building strong stakeholder relationships.
• The confidence and influence to drive positive change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of software technology industry and mergers and acquisitions projects, including HR change management - would be advantageous.
