What you will be doing
This role is responsible for managing and growing a sales territory across an East Metro Melbourne region, with a focus on servicing Bunnings and Independent Hardware Stores.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing sales activities to secure new business and grow existing accounts
- Servicing a structured call cycle
- Merchandising stores, including relays and new store setups
- Building strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Using data to identify opportunities and inform your strategy
- Optimising CRM and call cycle planning tools
- Becoming a champion of key systems such as Phocas, D&R, and FieldKo
- Regional travel to Mildura approximately once per month for 1-2 nights

About you
This role is for someone who isn't afraid to take initiative and has the customer first mindset.
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
- Motivated to achieve sales targets and take ownership of your territory
- Are your best self when working independently and problem-solving in the field
- Confident in showcasing and promoting products
- Able to communicate effectively and plan your time well
- Physically capable of performing merchandising tasks and have a valid driver's licence
- Experienced in Bunnings or hardware (desirable)
