About the Role

  • Step into a broking role with pre-qualified appointments – no cold calling
  • Work with a high volume of loan files – from simple PAYG to complex self-employed or investment scenarios

  • Saturday requirement includes:

  • Attending open homes to build referral relationships and community presence

  • Completing remaining work from home (6-hour shift in total on Saturday)
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of brokers, processors, and client service staff
  • Build and nurture referral partnerships while maintaining high service standards

We're Looking for Someone Who…

  • Has a minimum 1+ years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or Bank Lender
  • Has completed a Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
  • Is confident with income analysis, financial statements, and credit policy
  • Has excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Is a natural relationship builder who thrives in a team environment
  • Loves delivering exceptional client service from appointment to post-settlement
