The Opportunity - Mortgage Broker

This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about helping clients achieve financial success and is ready to step into a highly supportive, growth-focused environment. You'll be joining a team with 20+ years of lending and planning experience, and a clear roadmap for future growth across Australia.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading client appointments to identify financial goals and lending needs
  • Managing the full loan application process from assessment to settlement
  • Building long-term client relationships with a focus on trust and value
  • Supporting business growth through strategic input and client engagement
  • Using best-in-class tools and systems to drive great outcomes

What You Bring:

Ideal Background: 

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first approach
  • An experienced broker seeking more flexibility, better support, or culture fit; OR
  • A junior broker (or career-changer) looking to grow within a supportive business
