The Role

We're on the hunt for passionate and self-motivated Mortgage Brokers who want to:

  • Manage the full lending process from enquiry through to settlement
  • Build a client portfolio and long-term customer relationships
  • Access and compare a broad panel of lenders to find the best outcomes
  • Work closely with property partners, referral sources, and internal lead-gen
  • Use our tech-driven platform to maximise efficiency and close more deals

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earnings, ideal for brokers looking to work independently, build their own book, and grow with a modern, forward-thinking brokerage.

Who We're Looking For

Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (required)

Ability to work under your own ABN (contractor basis)

Motivated self-starter with strong communication skills

Experience in mortgage broking is preferred, but not essential

A genuine passion for helping people reach their financial goals
