With access to over 60 lenders, we offer a wide range of finance solutions including personal, home, business, equipment, and SMSF loans. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and proactive Mortgage Broker to join our growing team on a competitive commission-only pay structure.
The Role
As a Mortgage Broker with Luxe Lending Group, you will play a key role in driving new business, building strong client and referral relationships, and delivering tailored lending solutions that help clients achieve their goals. You'll proactively grow your network, engage with the community, and represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, and community partners.
- Proactively generate new lending opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Provide expert lending advice tailored to client needs and financial circumstances.
- Leverage the support of our dedicated Credit Analysts, who manage end-to-end loan processing so you can focus on client relationships and business growth.
- Manage the full lending process with clear, timely communication to clients and lenders.
- Represent Luxe Lending Group at local events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
- Contribute to our positive and supportive team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a mortgage broker, lending consultant, or financial services professional (advantageous).
- For the right candidate, proven experience in a sales role will also be considered.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a passion for generating new business.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Knowledge of lending products, credit policies, and responsible lending obligations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or progress towards).
- An established network of clients, referrers, or business contacts.
- Experience in community engagement, sponsorships, or business development.
