Our client is a rapidly expanding Australian healthcare company specialising in the design and delivery of digital surgical solutions for oral and maxillofacial procedures. Partnering with global leaders in the field, they provide end-to-end products that support predictable surgical outcomes and streamlined workflows.

They are seeking a
Clinical & Operations Coordinator
to join their close-knit team on a
6-week contract
, with the potential for extension. This role suits a proactive, detail-focused professional who enjoys managing multiple moving parts in a clinical and operational environment.

About the Role

You'll be the key link between surgeons, hospital staff, and the internal technical team—managing the flow of case information, coordinating logistics, and ensuring each case is handled accurately and efficiently. You'll also assist with scheduling, documentation, packaging, and general operations support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate case details between surgeons, hospitals, and internal design teams
  • Manage hospital paperwork, logistics, and delivery of surgical materials
  • Verify case information and maintain accuracy across all clinical and administrative data
  • Liaise with insurance providers and hospital billing departments
  • Support internal projects such as marketing, events, and process improvements

About You

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail across clinical documentation and data handling
  • Comfortable juggling multiple cases and deadlines
  • Previous experience in
    healthcare administration
    ,
    medical reception
    ,
    dental assisting
    , or similar
  • Confident using digital systems (MS Office; dental/medical software highly regarded)
