We are seeking an experienced, hands - on dynamic Apartment Complex Management Couple to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of the complex and guest satisfaction.  This position does come with an on-site Apartment.

As Onsite Managers you will be responsible for leading guest service from the front and will have the opportunity to build and develop Body Corporate relationships. Caretaking of the Complex is required on a daily basis and duties can range from some basic cleaning duties, to building maintenance and garden care through to basic in room repairs.

To be successful for these roles you will:

  • Have a passion for providing excellent guest service
  • Be "hands on" managers
  • Be able to work a rotational roster including weekends for Front of House.
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have superb time management skills
  • Have had experience at a minimum of front office supervisor or front office manager level for at least 12 months
  • Have experience in lawn care and garden maintenance, and cleaning of common areas
  • Have a positive can do attitude and willingness to take on any task
  • Be organised and have a proactive approach to preventing maintenance
  • Hold a current real estate certificate/RLA or be willing to obtain one.
  • Create and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, property owners and guests
  • Past experience working with body corporates in an MLR setting is desirable
  • Display confidence in your ability to cultivate strong relationships, effectively address challenging situations, and implement solutions that enhance service quality

Given the wide-ranging nature of these responsibilities, proven practical experience in all aspects of resort management will be an essential prerequisite. Residing onsite and some on call duties are required to be completed as part of the role.
