Your new role

As the Site Admin, you'll be the face of the office, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations and a safe, compliant workplace for all departments. You'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, playing a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism Key responsibilities include:
  • Welcome and assist visitors and new starters
  • Conduct site inductions and issue visitor cards
  • Perform 5S routines and collaborate on building improvements
  • Raise and manage maintenance/technology tickets through to resolution
  • Act as Fire Warden and ensure emergency readiness
  • Provide administrative support for training (scanning, renaming, uploading)
  • Assist Superintendent Site Systems with meetings, workshops, audits, and training sessions
  • Maintain and improve Training Management System documentation
  • Review and manage SHMS documentation and control processes

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.
  • Experience in administrative or facilities coordination roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Workplace Health and Safety practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of SHMS, TNA, and training systems (preferred but not essential)
  • Fire Warden certification or willingness to obtain
