We're looking for a highly experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to take charge of our sales and marketing function. This is a senior leadership role, perfect for someone with 10+ years of proven sales management experience who thrives on strategic planning, business development, and tender management.

You'll lead a motivated team of two sales representatives and a sales administrator, working closely with our projects team to deliver seamless solutions to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and industry partners. Beyond leading the team, you'll play a hands-on role in strategic planning, identifying new opportunities, tender submissions, and ensuring your staff are fully trained on company systems and processes.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of sales professionals and an administrator.
  • Developing training resources and delivering regular training sessions on company software and processes.
  • Creating and executing strategic sales and marketing plans that align with company growth objectives.
  • Driving new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion to increase revenue streams.
  • Managing and coordinating tender submissions to secure new contracts.
  • Setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and reporting performance to senior leadership.
  • Identifying market opportunities and competitor activity to inform long-term business strategy.
  • Working closely with the projects team to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery.
  • Overseeing marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare providers and industry partners.
  • Representing the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years' experience in a senior sales management role.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, tender management, and business development.
  • Proven ability to train and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, technical services, or B2B industries (advantageous).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Flexibility to travel within Queensland and interstate.
