Mansfield, Australia Steel Fabrication - Storage Solutions Full time

We are seeking an energetic Account Manager/Salesperson to continue to help grow the company portfolio along with maintaining an already large customer base. This position is based both in office and on-road when required, along with on-site customer soliciting and presentation. We have a great team support environment with many years of experience and knowledge in the Storage Solutions Industry. All products are manufactured locally and available within a short time. All tools of the trade and in house training is provided along with further company benefits, such as:

**Key responsibilities include (not limited to)**:

- Identify and develop new products and business opportunities with clients to facilitate increased sales
- Manage the opportunity pipeline through the organisation’s CRM to identify and nurture opportunities through to conversion
- Map target clients and build relationships to support the successful conversion of opportunities
- Manage the relationships with industry partners and resellers including negotiating agreements, managing commission structures, and evaluating discounts
- Ensure on-time and accurate sales reporting is provided to Management as required
- Liaise with Project management team on new developments
- You have technical sales experience selling a 'solution' rather than a 'product'

**Essential Skills & Experience**

- Previous experience in a business development role
- Problem Solver with strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - demonstrated ability to communicate, present and negotiate at all levels
- Team player able to work effectively as part of a team and shares knowledge and skills
- Innovative approach, seeks ways to improve on past experiences by providing creative solutions
- Takes initiative for ongoing personal development identifying and continually developing skills and talents

- Ability to work autonomously
- Advanced computer literacy
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines
- Travel is required, valid driver's licence and reliable transportation is preferred

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
