Join our Retail Operations team in Melbourne and play a key role in transforming billing analytics. You'll work with large datasets to uncover trends, drive process improvements, and support strategic decisions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinating and governing work allocation to Billing BPO teams
  • Performing daily reconciliation of billing data across systems
  • Driving resolution of billing exceptions and system defects
  • Supporting UAT for billing system enhancements and defect fixes
  • Delivering strategic insights through advanced data analysis

Your Experience

  • 2+ years in billing analysis experience
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for reporting and analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing billing defects and system testing cycles

This role is best suited to a proactive individual with a passion for data, process improvement, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
