About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Process Modeler / Analyst to join our team. This is a 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (with possibility of extension). This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving business operations through data-driven insights and visual process design. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather information from various sources to understand current ("as-is") processes and identify areas for improvement, such as bottlenecks or wasted resources.
  • Develop graphical process models using standardized notations (like BPMN) to visually depict workflows, tasks, and decision points.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to document processes, understand challenges, and align on proposed improvements.
  • Utilize process mining and data analysis to identify trends, measure performance metrics (e.g., cycle time), and simulate potential outcomes of proposed changes.
  • Produce written documentation, including business rules, roles and responsibilities, and supporting information to complement visual models.
  • Provide regular status updates on project progress, report findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and present results from model analysis.
  • Translate process insights into actionable improvement strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in using software and notations such as BPMN (e.g., Signavio, Appian).
  • Ability to analyze data from event logs and other sources to extract insights and create quantitative models.
  • Strong skills in facilitating workshops, interviewing subject matter experts, and presenting complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop creative solutions for process optimization.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and how different processes contribute to strategic goals.
  • Knowledge of Signavio and Appian is a great advantage.
