About us

We are a well established general family dental practice in the heart of Box Hill providing all aspects of dental service to the public in the municipalities of Whitehorse and Manningham local councils serving many different ethnic groups with emphasis on the chinese speaking populations. Our clients are diverse with majority being long term family based clients: parents and childrens, they came from all walks of life in Melbourne and to work at the front line of this "ministry" is particularly enjoying and fun filled with lots of satisfaction especially when you know you are a people person.

Receptionist

Qualifications & experience

  • Open, friendly with caring hearted personality with extras skill especially in personal communications will be helpful. No real qualification is needed. Training will be provided. Working 2.5days including Saturday half day morning session.
  • Must be able to speak in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
  • Advanced/fluent English proficiency is required for effective communication with diverse clients.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Begin the day, file-in/out, taking calls, greeting and talking with clients face-to-face or over-phone, making appointments, computer key inputs, issue invoices and receive payments, receive emails, organise tasks for next day responsibly.

Dental Assistant DA

We are seeking Dental assistant(s) with outstanding communication skills and who believes in great customer service, to join our friendly team. We are an established, dental practice located within Box Hill Shopping Centre in the Professional Suites section.

For Assistant:

Your primary roles will include, and not limited to: patient management, sterilization of instruments, upholding a high standard of infection control, setting up of equipment and assisting the dental practitioner.

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess:

  • Experience within a dental practice

  • Minimum of 3-6 months experience in a dental practice is required

-Able to speak Mandarin, English (Cantonese preferred however not essential)

  • Advanced/fluent Mandarin proficiency is required for effective communication with our diverse patient base.

  • Multitasking skills

  • Ability to take initiative

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

-Have Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred)

For PART TIME role (Days will be discussed during the interview)

For Casual role ( Overseas student welcomed but need some experiences)

Valid Australian work rights are required, with overseas students welcome to apply provided they have relevant experience.
