Klint Neuro is on the lookout for a vibrant and client-focused Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team in Forest Hill. Experience is preferred, but most importantly, we're after someone who brings warmth, efficiency, and a team spirit to the role.

You're likely our ideal candidate if you:

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
- Welcome and Assist Clients – Be the friendly face greeting clients, carers, and visitors to our clinic.
- Coordinate Appointments – Manage bookings, reschedules, phone calls, and emails while delivering a seamless client experience.
- Keep the Clinic Running Smoothly – Process payments, finalise invoicing for funded clients, organise supplies, and support daily operations.
- Contribute to Projects – Help with exciting future initiatives.
